This episode is a bit different, the focus is on fairly specific areas – stress and exercise.
A while ago I saw Stuart giving a talk online to an office, on the effects of stress upon the body physically – and I thought it would be a good idea to get him on for a short podcast.
Stuart is co-founder of Tier 1 Training and Rehabilitation Systems, specialising in the physiology side of things. He has also just published his first book and app; Fight bloc V 1.0.
This podcast covers some good stuff on stress in layman’s terms, the potential risks of high intensity training, and more. Hopefully there will be something for everyone to take away.
